Apple Day

On 21st October we danced out at the National Trust Pentire visitors’ centre. We gave them two displays as part of their celebration and had a great time, not even the small shower could dampen our enthusiasm for the day.

For each set we gave the audience a Bear Down Man, a September 4th, a short musical interlude, Cuckoo’s Nest and Tinner’s Rabbit with audience participation. As it was Apple Day we also did our unique Apple Stomp dance!

In the first set we danced Cuckoo’s Nest with a four instead of our usual two and in the second set all the dancers pitched in – a mass display for the first time ever!
