So, you want to book us to dance at your venue or event? What a great plan! Here’s a form so that you can enquire of our Bag (person responsible for bookings) whether we are available.
Our dance out season runs each year from 1st May to late autumn but we have usually filled our calendar by 1st April so if you are asking later than that we might not have availability this year – why not plan for next year as we take bookings well ahead of time!
We normally dance Wednesday evenings during our season but do include some weekend dates. We normally limit ourselves to events within easy striking distance of Boscastle though we can travel further at weekends and even have access to our own classic double decker bus!
What will you get? We turn up with up to 18 dancers and 6 musicians and will introduce ourselves then dance for up to an hour though 40 to 45 minutes would be best. Audience participation is included! We are insured.
What do we need? A flat(-ish) open space in which to dance, some access to parking and an audience. For dancing at events there is normally a fee (around £50) that can be discussed with the bag and helps cover travel and other expenses. We normally put out a hat to collect for the charities we support.
