We danced at the rather beautiful Maltsters Arms in Chapel Amble and yet again were very lucky with the weather the rain held off except for a few spots after our first dance. Dancing was on the flat road beside the pub and, despite it being curry & quiz night, we have a good (and enthusiastic) audience.
There were quite a few of us out for the evening and we started with a September 4th and then mixed in musical interludes, Bear Down Man, Upton-upon-Seven (our first time in public with two concurrent sets), Cuckoo’s Nest and Boscastle Breakdown ending with a Tinners’ Rabbit and then a further Tinners’ with lots of onlookers joining in.
Afterwards, as it was still quite warm, we stood in the gardens and chatted, drank and sang whilst enjoying our new sponsored t-shirts in a lovely shade of green.
Our T-shirts are sponsored by Haywood Cider Farm and were printed by Inkspiration Ltd. If you want something with our logo, visit our Merchandise Shop.
