On 6th September, one of the hottest days of the year, we danced at The Wootons Inn in Tintagel to help raise money for the Tintagel Christmas Lights. Fortunately, by the time we started to dance, the sun had started to set but it was still a mighty hot evening of dance.
Encouraged on by an huge, and appreciative, audience, we went through our repertoire on the lawn at the rear of the pub.
We ended up raising around £150 thanks to the generosity of the wonderful crowd who gathered to watch us, laugh with us and (in some cases) join in! And a big thank you to The Wootons Inn, our hosts, for their welcome!
