Last Saturday was Apple Day at the National Trust property on Pentire in North Cornwall. We always get a great welcome there from the staff and visitors so it is one of our favourite outs.
We performed two sets with a break between. Both sets started with our Ow Tevi then Bear Down Man, Boscastle Breakdown, Cider Stomp, Bonny So Blue, Upton-upon-Seven and Septemeber 4th. At the end of the second set our new dancers demonstrated a Tinner’s Rabbit then we invited audience members to join us – we were swamped!
The weather was wonderful and the audience enthusiastic – it was a real pleasure to dance out with a number of our new members, quite a special day.
