A lovely sunny evening, an excellent and engaged audience and the chance to dance with the lovely Trigg Morris again – what a great evening.
We started the evening with an Ow Tevi and Bear Down Man then alternated with Trigg for the rest of the evening. Our dances continued with a complete range of our own dances; Tides, Harbourside, Boscastle Breakdown, Cider Stomp, Lovers’ Green and Tin Mining.
At the end, we danced an audience Tinners’ Rabbit (without doing a demo dance first!) and had many a guest dance with us as they waited for the delayed start of the Maltsters Quiz night.
After the dancing, as the punters went in, we stayed and chatted in the gardens while Trigg Morris musicians entertained us with some beautiful playing. In all a great dance out.
