What a privilege to open the Tintagel Carnival Parade with our much-loved dances and music! With 1000’s of spectators lining the procession route, the Carnival was wonderfully attended and the sun shone – hurrah!
Our packed 30-minute performance included some traditional dances including ‘Bear-down Man’, ‘September 4th’, ‘Upton on Severn’, and a ‘Tinner’s Rabbit’.
In addition, we also loved performing some of our new dances that included ‘Harbourside’, ‘Boscastle Breakdown’, ‘Lovers’ Green’, ‘Tides’, and the audience were clearly entertained with our antics, tankards and drenchings in our fun ‘Cider Stomp’!
Everyone enjoyed the energy, our vibrant costumes and melodies! We must do this again next year!
