This year saw Boscastle Border Morris take on a new challenge as we headed to the
Camelford Agricultural Show, with not one but two opportunities to perform some of
our favourite dances.
It was a chance to show off our dancing to a rather different audience and, with the
thermometer nudging past a positively tropical 30°C, it certainly put us to the test!
In true Border Morris spirit, we rose to the challenge albeit our traditional tatter coats
were shelved, and the dances performed mostly ‘naked’ in our Museum of Witchcraft
and Magic sponsored T-shirts.
It was a trial for us, but trials are what keep things interesting! We were delighted to
get out there, give it our best, and bring a little bit of Boscastle Border Morris
mayhem to Arena 2.
A big thank you to everyone who came along to cheer us on, and to the organisers of
Camelford Agricultural Show for giving us the opportunity.
